The Rum Runners have been playing together under different names for the past 6 years. At the start there was 3 Faze, The Faze Band, and the EFS Band. Most people liked it when we would get together off stage and play some of our favorites. For singer/guitar player Brian Davern, it would always end up in a tribute to Jimmy Buffett and his feelgood music. We were asked by the Pirates of the Susquhanna to play at some of their events and the Rum Runners were born.

Rum-running, also known as bootlegging, is the business of smuggling or transporting alcoholic beverages or any other beverages illegally. Our job today is to smuggle good music and a taste of islands to you. We play song selections by Jimmy Buffett, Bob Marley, Kenney Chesney, Paul Simon, Blues Traveler, Van Morrison and anything that reminds us of sandy beaches, cold drinks and kickin' it Caribbean style!
